Some treatment for having curvatures of parts of the spine

Question:
I was diagnosed as a child with mild scoliosis. I have been having back pain and numbness and tingling, pain in my arms and legs that I had always attributed to my cfs, but now I just decided to see a chiropractor for my pain and numbness and he took a bunch of x-rays and discovered that my scoliosis has progressed to moderate now. I have a 46% curvature loss of my cervical spine as well as still mild curvatures of other parts of my spine. So he has recommended for me to have treatments 4xweekly for a few weeks which consist of re-alignment,and electrical stimulation. And then he will re-x-ray to see if the spine is realigning. Also we will see if I am not having so much pain and numbness. Does anyone know anything about this or do others in this group have scoliosis to this degree. what did you do about it?

Answer:
I have scoliosis in two places in my spine. I am now seeing a licensed massage therapist who does advanced body work and is a SOMA practitioner (a structural/postural therapy). He says that he can help my scoliosis. I am just going once a week now but I think that it is helping. I haven't had another x-ray of my spine since I started seeing him, but am anxious to see if it shows any improvement on my next one.
